Privacy Policy

Community Pulse Hub is an optional private notification hub for groups, communities, organizations, clubs, and local teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how it may be used.

Information We May Collect

Community Pulse Hub may collect the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Firebase Auth account ID
• Group or community membership
• Notification preferences
• Device push notification token
• Basic app usage or diagnostic data if analytics or diagnostics are enabled

Information Not Collected in Phase 1

In the first phase, Community Pulse Hub does not collect:

• Real-time location tracking
• Contact lists
• Payment information
• Health information
• Public user posts
• Chat messages
• Photos
• Member-submitted issue reports

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to create and manage your account, verify access to a participating group or community, send relevant notifications, save your notification preferences, improve app reliability, provide support, and help operate the service.

Push Notifications

If you allow push notifications, the app may store a device notification token so updates, reminders, and announcements can be delivered to your device. You can manage notification permissions through the app settings or your device settings.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from inside the app or by contacting support at admin@braintechsystems.com.

Account deletion may remove your user profile, group or community membership, notification preferences, and app account data. Some limited data may be retained if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Service Disclaimer

Community Pulse Hub is an optional private notification hub. It does not represent any government agency, public authority, or emergency service. Information shared through the app is provided by the participating group or organization and should be verified directly with that group or organization when needed.

Community Pulse Hub is not an emergency notification system. In case of an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
