Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Community Pulse Hub, operated by BrainTech Systems, LLC, is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible and usable by people with disabilities.

We are working to make the Community Pulse Hub website, mobile application, support resources, and related digital services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including individuals who use assistive technologies.

1. Accessibility Standard

Community Pulse Hub uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as its accessibility target for applicable website and mobile application content and functionality.

Our accessibility efforts may include, as applicable:

  • Supporting screen readers and other assistive technologies
  • Providing meaningful labels for buttons, controls, forms, and interactive elements
  • Supporting text resizing and device accessibility settings
  • Maintaining appropriate color contrast
  • Avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate important information
  • Providing logical navigation and focus order
  • Supporting keyboard navigation where applicable
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate
  • Designing forms and controls so that instructions, errors, and required information can be understood
  • Supporting accessible content across commonly used mobile devices, browsers, and operating systems

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to evaluate and improve Community Pulse Hub as the platform develops.

2. Mobile Application Accessibility

Community Pulse Hub is primarily a mobile communication and notification platform.

We seek to design the mobile application so that core functions can be used with accessibility features provided by supported devices and operating systems, including screen readers, text scaling, accessibility controls, and other assistive technologies.

Because device settings, operating systems, assistive technologies, and app versions may vary, accessibility experiences may differ between users and devices.

3. Participating Organization Content

Community Pulse Hub allows participating groups, communities, organizations, districts, associations, and their authorized administrators to provide certain content displayed through the platform.

This content may include announcements, amenity information, descriptions, images, helpful links, schedules, reminders, and other information.

Community Pulse Hub works to provide an accessible platform for displaying this information. However, some content supplied or controlled by participating organizations or third parties may not be fully controlled by Community Pulse Hub.

We encourage participating organizations and administrators to provide content in an accessible manner whenever possible.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

Community Pulse Hub may contain links to third-party websites, documents, services, app stores, or other external resources.

We do not control the accessibility of third-party websites, applications, documents, or services and cannot guarantee that third-party content will meet the same accessibility standards used by Community Pulse Hub.

If you encounter an accessibility problem with third-party content linked from Community Pulse Hub, you may also need to contact the organization responsible for that content.

5. Accessibility Assistance

If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Community Pulse Hub website or mobile application, or if you need assistance using a feature because of a disability, please contact us.

When contacting us, it is helpful to include:

  • The page, screen, or feature where you experienced difficulty
  • A brief description of the accessibility issue
  • The device and operating system you were using, if known
  • The browser or app version, if applicable
  • The assistive technology you were using, if applicable
  • Your preferred method of response

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate accessibility concerns and provide assistance or an accessible alternative when reasonably available.

6. Accessibility Feedback

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of Community Pulse Hub.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty using the service with assistive technology, or have a suggestion for improving accessibility, please contact:

Community Pulse Hub / BrainTech Systems, LLC
Email: admin@braintechsystems.com
Website: communitypulsehub.com

We will review accessibility feedback and use it to help identify areas where the platform can be improved.

7. Ongoing Improvements

Community Pulse Hub is an evolving platform. Features, content, technology, operating systems, accessibility tools, and applicable accessibility standards may change over time.

We may periodically review, test, modify, or update portions of the website and mobile application as part of our ongoing accessibility efforts.

This Accessibility Statement may also be updated as our services, accessibility practices, or applicable requirements change.

8. Supplemental Nature of Community Pulse Hub

Community Pulse Hub is an optional communication and notification platform.

When Community Pulse Hub is used by a public agency, district, or other governmental entity, it does not replace that entity's official website, legally required notices, official public records systems, public meeting notices, emergency notification systems, or other communication methods required by applicable law.

Users who require official government information or an accessible version of an official government record or notice should contact the applicable public agency or its designated records custodian directly.
