Delete Your Account

You can delete your Community Pulse Hub account from inside the mobile app or contact support for help.

Open the Community Pulse Hub app.

Go to Settings.

Tap Delete Account.

Confirm your request.

You may also contact support for help deleting your account at admin@braintechsystems.com.

Data That May Be Deleted

  • User profile
  • Community membership
  • Notification preferences
  • App account data

Possible Retention

Some data may be retained if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
